做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
