做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。
