做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
