做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
