做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
