做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
