做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
