做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
