做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
