做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
