做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
