做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
