做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
