做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
