做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
