做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
