做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
