做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
