做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
