做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
