做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
