做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
