做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
