做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
