做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
