做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
