做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
