做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
