做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
