做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
