做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
