做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
