做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
