做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
