做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
