做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
