做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
