做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
