做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
