做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
