做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
