做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
