做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
