做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
