做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
