做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
