做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
