做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
