做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
