做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
